Uttrakhand Police has taken a major step for delivering better services to the citizens by implementation of CCTNS project through which Police will maintain all crime and criminal data in online system. Under this project, Uttrakhand Police is launching a "Citizen Portal" which will enable citizens to register their complaints online and seek services from Police Department.

II) Not involved in Crime (Property should not be involved in any Crime. Complaint shall give mandatory self certification that the property is not involved in any crime at the time of filing of e-FIR) / अपराध में शामिल नहीं है (संपत्ति किसी भी अपराध में शामिल नहीं होनी चाहिए। शिकायत अनिवार्य स्व-प्रमाणन देगी कि संपत्ति ई-एफआईआर दर्ज करने के समय किसी भी अपराध में शामिल नहीं है)
III) Not traced(property should not have been recovered till the filing of e-FIR. Complainant shall give mandatory self certification to this effect.) / पता नहीं चला (ई-एफआईआर दर्ज होने तक संपत्ति की वसूली नहीं की जानी चाहिए थी। शिकायतकर्ता को इस आशय का अनिवार्य स्व-प्रमाणन देना होगा।)
